I have withdrawal issue. it's been 3 weeks above my withdrawal has not been credit into my account. I did reach out IG CS team no HELP - they have forward transfer receipt the amount I requested they keep pushing check with your bank or ask bank to trace the money. I also checked with bank they says they have not received funds from IG. I also checked with payment gateway WORLDPAY they can't help without merchant ID. Can anyone advise me what i needs to do next so i get my funds?.
