    Dear IG team, Could you please help? I am looking to transfer the shares I hold in C3.ai (NYSE:AI) with Computershare USA to my IG sharedealing account. Could you please let me know how to kick off this process? I called your contact center this morning and they confirmed a transfer would be possible. I tried initiating it online and received a message that said "Contact your provider" when I selected the "My current broker is based outside the UK". I then contacted Computershare USA and they told me that the transfer is initiated by the receiving broker via a DRS pull. How do I proceed? Regards, Sandeep
