  1. I find the App for IG incredibly difficult to navigate. I therefore thought I would call you on the 0800 number. I waited for 1 hour 40 minutes for a response by which time I had decided to close my account. In order to do this, unbeknown to me, I am now told that I have to provide the bank statement showing the monies coming into IG from me at the outset. I find this staggering. I was smultaneously told that I would receive an immediate email, telling me what I had to do. I am still waiting. Perhaps this service is acceptable? I shall await hearing. I won't be holding my breath though.
