  1. I have now maxed out S&S ISA for this year, I hope I do not need to call customer services or have any issues that need to be resolved quickly, or if I do they are resolved here. Lot of trust i'm placing in IG, I hope it is not misplaced. Regards, Richard
  2. thanks for the reply. i'm concerned about the wait to get through to customer services, are there any plans to hire more staff to deal with this? Richard
  3. if anything goes wrong, the wait to call customer services is hardly reassuring, trustpilot is a mixed picture, any hesitancy to reply or vagueness here I will close my account. Richard
