Transferring from a cash isa to an existing Smart ISA

Hope someone can advise me, I have a cash ISA with another provider that matures soon and want to transfer it in to my existing smart ISA. However i can't find the form the website talks about for sorting this out. I do also have a share dealing account which does have a stock transfer button, but i don't have any stock to transfer and want the cash ISA to stay in the ISA bubble and not go in to my share account. Hope i'm just missing something obvious, tried calling IG but been on hold for ages with no response and the same for live chat. Many thanks
