Account Pending/Activation

RyR posted a question in IG Account Support - MyIG Help

Its been over month since I submitted my documents and my account is still pending! I have spoken to several support and new accounts members who all say different things. I would like to know if there is any timescale as to when my account will be live? So I can either open an account with another broker. Its also a concern that I have submitted my ID documents with no response, as personal data is at risk here!
