Funds not available to transfer but showing as account balance?

Hi there - hopefully you can help! I had some funds available in a share dealing account that I want to transfer to my ISA account but when I go to do this, the funds are not showing as an "available balance" even though it is showing in "funds" - any ideas? My ISA allowance refreshes today and I wanted to get this money in to that account before it happened... Thanks J
