    I'm having the same problem trying to buy a gold ETF. Ridiculous and amateurish.

    I can't see a market order option anywhere either, just quote or limit, and every limit order I place never gets filled despite setting the limit above the trading price and trying to buy low volumes. This is extremely frustrating. I've been trading on Saxo's platform for a while with no issues. I've yet to be open a single position on IG's platform.
