Hello, I have established a company in UK. It's a MICRO COMPANY and there is only one director (me) and secretary is also me. I have printed company account form and it says 2 DIRECTORS SHOULD SIGN. Also there is a GUARANTOR section. What is this? Is that necessary? Also, It says A BOARD MEETING is required. I am the BOARD. I am the only one person. So is it necessary? Isn't there a simple way to do this? Thank you,
