Are some stocks not available for trading on IG

MPULLE posted a question in IG Trading Support - Dealing Questions

I am new to trading and i am still paper trading. I looked up a stock Tufton Oceanic (SHIP) which i can see on Trading view but not on IG. Is there a reason i can not see it in the listing. This is a Guernsey company
