To whom it may concern,
I have opened my account two weeks ago, my identity was verified based on the documents that I sent. I put some money into my CFD account a few days ago and now I cannot open a position and I cannot withdraw my money either. I have tried calling but I have been put on hold for 2 hours with no success.
Can you please help me with my issue
