I am still waiting for my account to be verified after 2 weeks, is anyone else having this problem?

I have emailed and called IG without any success...

Same on my side,

My account is awaiting activation - awaiting for document verifications sent more than two weeks ago. 

Could you tell us about the average activation time?

Still no update or correspondence regarding opening my account...

Can you please indicate if you are going to open my account? If not I will look to use another broker.

my account was finally activated last week after 1+ month of waiting. My friend opened his account few days before and got it activated almost immediately. 

seems like process is a bit random.
