MER fees for ETF

Sorry if sounds silly. Newbie here....
.. to invest in ETF, in addition to the brokerage, I believe there is a management fees/MER, that gets deducted every day? How will I find out that percentage fees (usually 0.08-0.14% pa I believe ) in IG prior to the ETF purchase?
