Never mind, I'm not sure what changed but I've just tried to enable and it is now working.

Hi, Thanks for coming back to me. Is it not possible to activate ProRealTime with a  Demo acount?

I have the same problem. When I try to install ProRealtime I get the following message 

Server errorAn error occurred while activating ProRealTime. Please try later.

Please can you advise on what can be done to overcome this.
