I have the exact same error message and a friend got exactly the same too. Both of us got our Prorealtime "expelled". The message seems clear, but WOW why nothing told us BEFORE desactivating it ? Their is month of hard work for both of us. Could you reactivate it to let us take a backup from it at least, please ? Or could you send us the export files of our codes ? I was quite enjoying it and seeing it totaly deleted infuriate me. I was about to open an real account and i'll need it. I gladly thank you in advance for your assistance
