[CFD account] Commission levied on the sale of every share position rather than as one share lot sold

Hi there,
Normally when I close a position where I have bought shares at various points (i.e. multiple lots of shares), when I come to close that total position, commission on the sale is levied once. This is normal and expected but one or two times recently I have closed a position where there have been multiple lots and every single lot has had sale commission levied on it individually (e.g. 20 lots: 20x sale commissions).
This doesn't appear to be normal, can anyone explain it?
