[No Orders placed but Funds transferred into "Reserved"]

[No Orders placed but Funds transferred into "Reserved"]

I attempted to make my first trade in Share Dealing.

I thought I had placed an order, but the exact amount I wanted to place as the order just went straight into the "Reserved" pot.

Currently I am showing no trades, no positions and no history, but the funds are in "Reserved" and I am unable to trade with them.

Anybody any idea on what I may have done wrong and how I get the funds back into my account in order to deal?
