IG is blocking its customers from selling a pref A stock that is trading even though it wasn’t supposed to be.

investor friends I know on all other platforms can sell this pref A. 

IG need to sort this out urgently . 

 MMTLP, which was originally intended as a placeholder for a cash dividend, is currently not tradable on IG,

I own MMTLP pref A stock and IG are preventing me from selling it. All other platforms like 212 IBKR etc are allowing selling even if they have removed the buy button. 
why are Ig Holding  this stock to ransom preventing us selling? Does anyone else hold this stock here? IG is in effect blocking us taking part in a potential short squeeze whilst other brokers are not. How can this be allowed?
