in IG Trading Support - Dealing Questions

Hi all! I'm new to trading and are running a demo account here on IG.
I opened a Long market order on US500 a couple minutes ago, position size 2600 and it said opening + closing fee should be 40€ and when I open the position it says I'm -110€ ? How come I'm already negative 110€ just by opening a position?
Please help me understand! Thx in advance!
