Very frustrating. Just when the market is really moving and there's a change to grab some money back, the site shuts down. Shame.
My charts were also frozen. Closed platform and tried to re-enter site but was unable to do so. In the Dark!

Shame that trading in cryptos is ceasing on IG from today. Considering withdrawing a sum to invest in cryptos directly through another platform, but don't understand how to do this and worried about taking risk by using unfamiliar systems. Do not qualify as an IG professional trader. Any suggestions?
