I have traded Sep 4100 put options at £1 per point. Traded Dec 4300 Put option for first time today and min is 1.3 and profit/loss shown in positions as USD.
Is this normal for Dec S&P Put options

If Tesla is added to the S&P 500, what immediate effect is it likely to have to the index reading?
Can it have a distorting effect in the short term?

forgot to mention 4300 strike in second row
Why are Dec 4200 and 4300 Options prices in US$.s whilst all other options I have traded ie Sep SP500 options are priced in GB£'s
Dec 4300 and 4200 SP500 options priced in US$ with strike price min 1.3 Profit and loss converted back to GB£'s correctly save some minor currency conversion difference.
WHY???
