    Thanks! But could you please also write the correct email where I can request this? I see only newaccounts.uk@ig.com which seems to be specific to inquiries of new account applicants.

    I see no Live chat in MyIG or on the website. The line for existing clients +35 318 009 95364 is not available. Are there any alternative ways to send my request regarding past trades on my account? Or should I just use the "newaccounts.uk" email and hope it will be forwarded to relevant team? (My account is with IG Germany)
