  1. Judging by the number of unanswered queries here, I don't feel very optimistic.

    I left my previous broker because thier admin was nearly non-existent...

    I might need to repeat that.

    I know that one cannot cater for every eventuality but we are talking about basic essential customer service here.

  2. Who can free up my cash with IG and how do I contact him/her?

    I have been trying to withdraw some funds for several days but it doesn't work.

    I have spent several hours over several days waiting on the phone and sent 2 unanswered emails.

    What is going on?

    Please don't say covid...

    I would think that answering clients who press 1 for trouble adding or withdrawing funds should be manageable by a company of this supposed stature.

    It's important to both client and company.

    I need something to happen fairly soon...

    You need to address the problem with the phones and emails or create a better way for clients to solve urgent problems...
