i cannot trade spot bund
in IG Trading Support - Dealing Questions

hello I have been looking to trade spot bund but for the last 3 days. I get closing only : market unavailable to open.
the spot bund is 1.5 point spread
the futures bund is a 3 point spread
I can trade the futures bund but I would like to trade the spot and save 1.5 spread/contract
can anyone tell me how long will this last for
ps I tried contacting ig markets but they don't answer the phone
