in IG Trading Support - Dealing Questions

Connect Group (CNCT) has changed its name to Smiths News PLC and has a new ticker (SNWS). The IG system no longer recognises holdings in the old name and will not accept the new ticker. How long will it take for this update to occur? Do i need to call someone?
