    Dear @Tony,

Thank you for your post. Please note that PayPal is an all-sessions stock meaning you can trade it before and after the US market opens. To be able to do this before the market opens, you need to select a Limit order with a Day (All Session) expiry as in the screenshot below. A market order will only work at the US market open.

Ok thanks very much I tried what you said and it worked ! Before i selected at market and that was why.

I selected the limit price as the touch price and it was dealt instantly, so by using this method one can not improve on the offer price going through a market maker ? As I suppose they are not working/open yet ?

    Thanks

    Hi @Tony,

    Thank you for your post.

On the deal ticket, you can find the relevant information on Info > Other

It seems that this stock is Unborrowable meaning can't be shorted, and on Non-leverage only meaning you can only trade this stock on Share dealing account, not on CFD or Spread betting accounts.

    I hope that it helps!

    All the best - Arvin

Hi Arvin, thanks very much for your answer. Just one more thing would you know if this is on all trading platforms including in the US or just certain brokers that would list this stock as a fledgling company and not borrow stock as there isn't much interest from their clients?

    Thanks very much.
