["Market no longer available" but I have already bought shares.]

Did you managed to resolved this? I have the same issue, I can buy but when it is time to sell can't sell saying market is not available and when I am trying to sell it off hours it's saying short selling is not allowed even though I am not doing any short selling just selling my bought up shares. Also my stop orders did not execute, very frustrating,

[Share Dealing Account Can't Sell US Shares]

I am on a share dealing account and trading US shares here from the UK.

 

My concerns is that the stop order that I have created did not execute and I am still seeing the shares in my positions and when I try to sell it in the market it is saying that short selling is not allowed even though I am not really doing a short but just selling my shares and also it saying that the market is not available.

 

Also, when I am trying to cancel my stop order it is saying market is not available even though I am seeing that the market is open.

Last thing, I tried cancelling my stop order after off hours, it is saying that order rejected.

 

Can you help me clarify this? I am not understanding the way IG is doing these orders. It does not happen on my other broker's account.
