Overnight trading

Hi guys I wonder if you can answer this:
In order to avoid Long Interest charge on commodity trading I need to close my DFB position by 10pm UK time.
Question how long do I have to wait so I can reopen my position, when is it no longer overnight 6am 9am? or after midnight?
