Yeah the customer service is terrible, I have been calling them every single day for the past week, I have sent emails and no response. Will be leaving bad reviews wherever I can

Hi, 

I am currently on a limited risk account and would like to change to a standard account. i have tried doing it via MyIG, however it instructs me to call IG. I have been trying to call them for the past week, but have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time. 

Please help.

I am currently on a Limited Risk Account and would like to change to a Standard Account. I have tried doing it via MyIG, however it says that i have to call IG to do it. I have been trying to call IG for the past week, but have been put on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time. I have sent multiple emails but have not received any response. 

This is very frustrating!
