Hi IG,
I am trying to place a short trade using my new CFD account. I have deposited $1000 and when I try to place the trade it states that an unexpected error occurred but I cannot get through on any of the numbers for technical assistance.
Can you help me? I imagine its user error.

in IG Trading Support - Dealing Questions

Hi Wren85,
No I have had no response form anyone, just sent IG a query. I ma keen to get trading but the error message still keeps coming up. My demo account works perfectly though.
Any ideas?
