EFT done 7 days ago, funds still not in my account

Hi there
I have a limit on my debit card, so i used EFT to deposit funds into IG.com Standard bank account.
I made the deposit on Monday the 16th March 2020 and was told that ity will take maximum of 3 working days to have the money available in my trading account.
Well, now its been a week since i deposited the money and nothing has been reflected in my account.
I have phoned and emailed the helpdesk. I spoke with a gentleman on Thursday, who has asured me that the money will reflect soon.
I emailed proof of payment on Thursday as well.
Attaching proof of payment again.
When do you think the money will be available for me to trade?
