[My cfd was just deleted/missing]

Somebody help me. I was trading and then forced to log out. When i enter again, the cfd was deleted or nowhere to be found. I deposited 5k usd and grew it to more than 8k and now all my funds is gone. Attached is when i ask for currency update before depositing fund. My account BWCHX is now missing.

[No phone support calling IG helpline for 3 days now.]

I cannot make any new deal as well.

They are not responding to emails either, sadly.

It told me to contact help, I have been on the Phone for over 1 hour now without anyone picking up the phone.

I am happy to sort out any issue over email if that is easier.

same issue here. they are not even responding to emails
