Hi All,
Regarding, the quarterly subscription fee exemption - deal at least three times...
Not sure what deal means.
If I buy shares from the same company 3 times within the quarter, does that meet the criteria?
What if I buy-sell-buy the same 1 share?
Appreciate your help.
