Trading US stocks on IG platform

Hi,
This might be a simple question, but here goes...
If I buy US stocks, is there any way to see on the platform what loss or gain is taken up from the pure GBP to USD to GBP conversation so that I can see the true profit and loss of the shares taking the FX conversion in account.
I hope that makes sense.
