[At market sell order]

I had placed a sell at market order on in this case anglo gold  normally when I do this with other companies total shares held immediately alters so I know deal has gone thru and my total shares held is amended 

in this case it does not occur so I assume no buyers    Each day I try same result  now when I try to cancel order as I understand this type of sell order stands until filled 

however  this order does not show in my orders column so l cannot amend order as I normally can

When in profitable trade and profit expectations have been achieved..... how is an automatic exit achieved  how is this level pre set

how is the trade ticket configured
