My position was close and duplicated

I had one sale position on gas, I try to make a buy position which did not went trough and I try it again and did not worked. I went for the third time and made this buy position but left me with 2 sales closed (I had only one). I did not try to close my sale position, it close itself and duplicate it. I am on the phone but it is quite hard to talk to someone. 18 min first call and went mute. second call 37 minutes waiting and went mute again.
