My currency is on manual and I wish to make a withdrawal of sterling (the currency used for investment) however, because I am resident in the EU, the withdrawal system is set for Euro conversion.  I have confirmation that my sterling investments will be paid back in sterling when stocks are traded.  How do I get  my withdrawal as Helpdesk is unable to help me.

  2. Unable to get my money.  My a/c is incorrectly set up to only authorise online for € whereas my money income is all from UK and my UK Bank a/c is the only one registered. I am waiting 30 hours for a helpline response and waited 30 minutes on the phone and all to no avail- nobody there.   I need my money.
