[Is it possible to buy shares in a Euronext listed company from IG Australia?]

I want to buy shares in OVH Cloud, ticker OVH on the Euronext market, however I can not find it from my dashboard using search.

I'll be honest IG, if no one replies to me about this issue soon, I will be sending a complaint to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. It's been 18 days since I raised this matter with the Corporate Actions team.

Dear IG

In relation to the Magellan Group bonus options, I wrote to Corporate Actions to say "I would like to subscribe to the Magellan Financial Group bonus issue."

On this advice, IG exercised the options for me.

I did not want to exercise the options, I simply wanted to be able to have the options available to me.

I did not want to exercise the options immediately - and I believe IG has exercised these options for me without my express consent.

I would like this to be reversed please.

I'm in Australia and I'm trying to do the same thing. I'm trying to buy Airbus Group NV (DE). I receive the message "SORRY Not suitable for European retail clients".

Please help me resolve this trading error

[Quantity in orders page says NaN]

When I log in sometimes, all of my open orders show a quantity of Nan instead of a number, e.g. 500. I assume this means Not a Number. Does this impact the order? The working quanity still show 500. This happens to every order in my order list (which at the moment is 24). Today I manually went in and fixed each one. IG, I think this could be a bug in your system.
