am i beng scammed - sign up procedure

I tried to create an account and got to a surprising webpage. I wonder if it is true of if I am being scammed - I enclose a copy of the webpage.
The difficulty is that the page says the min deposit is 5000 pounds but the ig website suggests its free to sign up.
Please can someone tell me i don't need to worry and can sign up - or maybe i have got to a fake website ?
