Hi,
I'm having difficulty understanding the commission side of things. My objective is to capture small increments using quick trades. Get in, get out, anything from $50-$300.
I have uploaded a photo of my transaction history, (don't worry, I'm just using the demo account), it shows that for one of my trades I made $103.22. However, I paid $208.52 (two lots of $104.26) in commission fees. I understand that trading the US stocks comprises of 2 cents a share and $15 (online) commission. However, this doesn't add up.
Because I'm using quick and multiple trades a day, how do I reduce the commission fees? What options do I have?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
IG has soooo many fees?
