[Share trading fees - what is a "month" for commission free trading?]

But if I buy only and don't sell, let's say 10 times in the previous month, is that still considered more than 3 trades? I'm asking this because I rarely sell because I'm a long term investor, thanks

I started trading this month with IG and I have some questions regarding fees for ETFs:

 

When analyzing the table of the share dealing charges and fees, I assume that the fees for trading ETFs are the same as for shares right?

 

If that's the case, once I'm on the IG platform and select any ETF, where can I find which stock exchange that ETF is traded? Otherwise I don't know if I will pay a fee for US, UK or European shares.

 

Also if I make more than 3 trades in the US shares in the previous month but only in my shares ISA account, do I still have the fee waived in my share dealing account?
