I cant make a deposit and they won't answer emails either.
They were quick enough to set up my account, but since then no service.
I feel the same, been on hold now for 45 mins, wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't heard the SAME message 900 times while waiting. Obviously if I could find help online, I wouldn't be trying to call. There is no response via chat or the phone. My order keeps cancelling the minute I place it.
No phone support calling IG helpline for 3 days now.
