Transferring shares to my IG account

I wish to transfer shares electronically from my old broker to my IG account. My old broker has asked for the "Clearance information" for IG ie swift address and CREST ID. Does anyone know these details? Thanks.

I'm trying to do the same. Spoke to the help desk and they were unable to provide this information over the phone. Can't get any further as this info is required for the transfer.
