Question
Cinnamon237
I’m new to Forex and IG as well. I recently created my account and made my initial deposit. I can see the funds available under the Forex tab in my account which I assume means I could use this balance on the IG platform.
My issue is I’m using MT4. I have added my IG account to MT4 but I’m unable to use my balance I’ve deposited on MT4 which I’m assuming is because I deposited it in the IG forex account instead of the MT4 account?
Is there a way to transfer the funds from Forex to MT4? If not, can I withdraw my funds from one and redeposit them in the other? I hope this makes sense!
