 I was having trouble  sending money to my NZ trading account so was instructed to send it to IG account in the UK,this was over a month ago ,no one will acknowledge 

this payment ,I have sent multiple emails to Australia and telephone calls to no avail,as it is a considerable amount I am now very concerned as to why I do not get any action

from IG,the whole basis of your business is that people can trust in the system of funding accounts.Any advice as to what I should do.
