I (like many others) cannot get through to IG at any time of the day or night.
It has been like this for over 3 months.
Other brokers and financial companies are answering in minutes (City Index and Ava Trade within 45 seconds today).
Even their Direct Dealing Desk is not answering.
Does anyone know how to get through to the, without waiting over an hour each time and then the phone cutting off?
