Hi IG closed out a position on my account on Katanga mining at 16 when i had the stop at "0".
I never changed the stop from "0". This happened before on another trade a couple of years ago.
Also it had dropped below 16 before so why did IG not close it then.
i can not get through to them on the phone tried many times day and night, and at one point stayed 45mins on the phone.
can anyone help ,
