Dividend payment timescale

Is there a usual rule of thumb from when a company pays a dividend and when IG pays said dividend into client account? I haven't received Bank of America dividend which pay date was 26/06/2020 or Duke Royalty (script payment in shares) 02/07/2020...Can anyone shed any light on this?

I am also waiting for my dividend payment. The payment date was the 30th of June.

IG, where are my shares + money?
