Completing W-8BEN form

Hi

New user, trying to set up my account. Attempting to complete the IRS W-8BEN form but having difficulty understanding Part 5-7 and 9-10. I'm Aussie and not sure how to obtain these ref #s or if I even need to.

Where do find w8 form

For personal IG trading accounts, the W-8BEN form can be filled in online in MYIG > Settings > Trading US shares.

If you're submitting the form under the name of a corporate, trust, or superfund, then you can find the relevant forms and guidance on how to complete the forms.

If you are still having difficulty in setting up your W-8BEN form for trading US shares then please email the helpdesk with a screenshot to illustrate where you're stuck.

Hi

I'm trying to update my W8ben form but don't see an option to do it when I click into trading US shares. 

All I get is a blank age when I click on 'you can trade until X' and I don't see any other options.

Have tried this in two browsers. Same problem.
