As a new IG customer, when I tried to deposit fund into my IG account, I used the account number of IG given, which is 12-digit long.
I am told that the first 6 digits are the BSB number, so, I entered the last 6 digits given as the account number.
However, my bank (HSBC Australia) said that this was not a valid account number.
What account number should I use?
